“ MUST HAVES: - Umami with butter (add caviar!!) - Mushroom appetizers - Lobster uni-alfredo - BIRDS NEST - Vegan ice cream with caramel corn and a bacon cookie My brother invited me for a night out on the beach and let me just say, Chef Pawan goes above and beyond to curate specialty entrees, with delicious flavor and incomparable presentation. Chef Osvaldo came to our table to personally explain each dish - everything from it’s unique flavor blends, to the story behind its name. Our server Fabio was unmatched - he was patient, and so friendly with us. Every recommendation he gave us was a WINNER! Overall, this experience was a 10/10. Cocktails and food were INCREDIBLE, the live music - an excellent touch, the service - unmatchable. Definitely coming back soon! ”
“ According to my husband probably the best meal he’s had all year and we eat out a lot in NYC. Serevene and its Chopped chef winner deserves a Michelin star. We loved everything we had from the birds nest to lobster pasta, lamb shank and foie gras crème brûlée. I can’t believe this place isn’t packed every night. Truly a hidden gem in South beach ”
“ My spouse and I have visited this restaurant since 3 years ago and is always a pleasure to do so. The service, the approach from the servers and even from the Chef, always connecting with the guests and making an incredible experience is just amazing. Yesterday we got to celebrate her birthday and we the whole experience was wonderful. The staff was very easy to work with in coordinating a few details for the tables and the food was mind blowing!!! Definitely a very elevated and satisfying experience . ”
“ We had the Chef’s Menu at Serevene and it was absolutely phenomenal! The flavors were spot-on, the presentation stunning, and the service exceptional. One of the chefs, Osvaldo Olvera, even came to our table to greet us, it made us feel so special and welcomed. Our server Fred, the staff overall was amazing, creating a warm yet luxurious atmosphere. This place is truly a hidden gem in Miami, offering a high-end dining experience worth every moment. ”
“ To start, we had the bread service with miso butter, and that really hit the spot. In addition, we also had the steak tartare which included table side service. They had cooked and deconstructed egg whites and yolks instead of raw eggs which was a unique and welcome approach to the tartare. Next we had the egg which we really liked, it was very light but with great mushroom umami flavor. To continue with our second course we had the Hurricane kit which included delicious lump crab along with forbidden black rice and this was served table side out of a steaming can, very cool presentation and a tasty dish. For the main course we had Salmon Welly which was great, I usually love Hollandaise/gravy on other Wellington’s but this fresh light citrusy take complemented the fish very well. For the other main we split the Lobster Alfredo which was probably my favorite dish, absolutely packed with flavor and texture, my favorite part about it was the texture of the fish eggs with the noodles when you bite down on them and get a little crunch and then a burst of flavor. Over all, a very good experience! It was our first time dining here, and our server Murilo was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the menu and the most popular dishes to us which helped us to decide what to order. We can’t wait to come back and try some of the dishes we missed out on the first time! ”
“ I was taken very good care of here while staying at the Greystone hotel. I received excellent service by Fabio and Osvaldo. I did the chefs tasting menu- beet tartare and it was fresh and delicious (my fave) , green curry and chocolate cake (can’t go wrong) and cappuccino. Beautiful presentation and really great service. 10/10 overall highly recommend. ”
“ Beautifully cooked dishes, with an unconventional approach to fine dining. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience from the waiter, Quan, providing outstanding hospitality to chef Osvaldo serving pure magic on a plate. Serevene knows how to treat guests with top tier service. You won’t be disappointed. ”
“ The beef tartare and umami butter service were rich and flavorful starters. We loved the Hurricane Kit came in a creative and fun presentation with forbidden black rice, saffron, and crab. We also had the Bird’s Nest, a luxurious mix of 65° egg, served in a kataifi basket with foie-llandaise, and truffle. We finished with the salmon Wellington which was perfectly executed. Inventive dishes, elegant flavors, and a memorable night all around. Highly recommend! ”
